
My passion for cake designing all started with delicious cakes I used to bake for my friends and family over 20 years ago, which quickly evolved into a profession. I have been trained at Brooklands College in Weybridge for Cake Decoration and Wired Sugar Flowers.
I am now an independent cake designer with an eye for
original design tailored to my clients needs. I specialize in unique bespoke
hand made designed cakes, individually personalised to suit any occasion.
My cakes are freshly home baked with free-range eggs and top quality ingredients.
Cakes can be made either from sponge, chocolate, Madeira or fruit. I am
registered with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and have achieved a 5 star excellent hygiene rating. I am a member
of the Sugar Craft Guild. I am a medal winner in The British Sugar Award for my Sugar Paste Decorated Two Tier Wedding Cake. I am also a medal winner at the prestigious Hotelympia Salon Culinaire de Londres 2010.
